This sustainable glasses case is made from recycled wool felt and has an apple leather flap. A product of the MADE out of brand. The wool felt is made from 50% recycled material, 30% polyester and 20% wool. The pulp of apples is the basis for the production of apple leather, which not only looks like leather, but also feels like it. This glasses case with snap fastener protects your (sunglasses) optimally. The material is provided with the Global Recycled Standard quality mark. Handmade. Dutch design. Made in Holland. The clever reuse of materials gives them a new life while complying with the principles of the circular economy. In this process, the garments are broken down into recycled fibers that are separated by color and type. At the end of the production process, the tuft looks like freshly shorn wool. The material is made in Italy. Impact - 1 kilo of felt saves 541 liters of water 54,50 KG CO2 92 kWh. That's equivalent to filling a bathtub 4,5 times and charging a laptop 150 times.

Your data & logos

The data quality of the logos to be used is of great importance for successful advertising. You usually provide us with your logo data in digital form.

Software

We can use data from programs such as Adobe Illustrator CC, Adobe Photoshop CC, CorelDraw or Adobe InDesign CC for your print template. Lower versions of these programs are also possible. However, data sets from word processing and presentation programs such as Word and Powerpoint are not suitable for printing or engraving.

Colors

  • Create laser engraving in RGB BLACK.
  • In most cases, your logos are printed using the CMYK color system.
  • Create UV direct printing inks in CMYK.
  • Special colors according to PANTONE® / HKS® / RAL are converted to CMYK. Due to technical circumstances, slight color deviations may occur that cannot be completely avoided. Likewise, color deviations of up to 5% may occur due to the material, which do not constitute grounds for complaint.

Writings

  • Fonts used in the print template should be converted to curves or paths (vector graphics).
  • When printing with UV, no writing or objects should be located within a distance of approx. 4 mm from the edge.
  • For engraved signs, the edge distance should be at least 2 mm

file format

Images or logos embedded in a file should always be attached separately as an original file. Logos should be available as a vectorized EPS or AI file. The resolution of the images in the size to be printed should be at least 300 dpi.

Basically, a file (e.g. for laser engraving) must be provided by the customer as a pure vector graphic in 1:1 format. Ideally as an AI or EPS file. We can also process other file formats, depending on the effort involved: PDF, EPS, CDR, AI, TIF, JPG, etc.

For laser engraving we need a vectorized EPS or AI file.

No problem. If you wish, we can revise your artwork and prepare it to ensure perfect printability and an optimal result for the advertising. These graphic services are charged according to the effort involved.

What our graphic service includes

A carefully prepared proof allows you a first virtual look at the final product. It contains all the necessary details that are important for reliable production. As a rule, you will receive such a proof with all the relevant information for each product or advertising material you order. Your individual wishes and ideas regarding your advertising are presented digitally and sent as a PDF. We place your logo virtually on the desired promotional item. For more complex custom-made items such as promotional textiles, you will receive various design suggestions.

If the templates are not ready for printing when the order is placed, we will rework them free of charge and at little expense. For the complete digitization of your template, we charge from 80 EUR/60 minutes, depending on the effort involved. Our graphic designer will contact you and clarify the time required in advance.
