LITRON FRAME – FRAME CASES
LITRON hard-shell suitcases are characterized by a linear design in matt and high-gloss color variants and are particularly durable thanks to the quality in every detail. Designed in Hamburg, finished by hand in the Bavarian Forest.
The frame construction developed by TITAN and unique worldwide with its easy-to-use, extra-large locks offers not only maximum user comfort but also unparalleled security.
No other carry-on suitcase has been designed like the LITRON Frame S. To achieve maximum user comfort, a frame construction that is unique in the world was developed especially for TITAN. A large lock holds the robust shells securely together, while functional features ensure even more quality when travelling.
SAFEPLUS LOCKING SYSTEM
WITH TSA LOCK FUNCTION
A masterful construction that was developed especially for TITAN: Two extra-large locks hold the entire plastic frame firmly together, even under extreme loads. The cabin trolley is equipped with just one lock for particularly easy handling on the move.
UNIQUE FRAME CONSTRUCTION
Extremely dimensionally stable and maintenance-free - the polycarbonate frame is impressive across the board. It has internal cross ribbing. This gives the frame its stability. To further support this effect, the shell is cut to size around the corners. This increases stability in the corner area and prevents the frame from opening accidentally at critical points. In addition, the outer shell, in combination with the seals integrated into the case frame, is water-resistant.

Your data & logos
The data quality of the logos to be used is of great importance for successful advertising. You usually provide us with your logo data in digital form.
Software
We can use data from programs such as Adobe Illustrator CC, Adobe Photoshop CC, CorelDraw or Adobe InDesign CC for your print template. Lower versions of these programs are also possible. However, data sets from word processing and presentation programs such as Word and Powerpoint are not suitable for printing or engraving.
Colors
- Create laser engraving in RGB BLACK.
- In most cases, your logos are printed using the CMYK color system.
- Create UV direct printing inks in CMYK.
- Special colors according to PANTONE® / HKS® / RAL are converted to CMYK. Due to technical circumstances, slight color deviations may occur that cannot be completely avoided. Likewise, color deviations of up to 5% may occur due to the material, which do not constitute grounds for complaint.
Writings
- Fonts used in the print template should be converted to curves or paths (vector graphics).
- When printing with UV, no writing or objects should be located within a distance of approx. 4 mm from the edge.
- For engraved signs, the edge distance should be at least 2 mm
file format
Images or logos embedded in a file should always be attached separately as an original file. Logos should be available as a vectorized EPS or AI file. The resolution of the images in the size to be printed should be at least 300 dpi.
Basically, a file (e.g. for laser engraving) must be provided by the customer as a pure vector graphic in 1:1 format. Ideally as an AI or EPS file. We can also process other file formats, depending on the effort involved: PDF, EPS, CDR, AI, TIF, JPG, etc.
For laser engraving we need a vectorized EPS or AI file.

Are you unable to provide us with your data in the required format?
No problem. If you wish, we can revise your artwork and prepare it to ensure perfect printability and an optimal result for the advertising. These graphic services are charged according to the effort involved.
What our graphic service includes
A carefully prepared proof allows you a first virtual look at the final product. It contains all the necessary details that are important for reliable production. As a rule, you will receive such a proof with all the relevant information for each product or advertising material you order. Your individual wishes and ideas regarding your advertising are presented digitally and sent as a PDF. We place your logo virtually on the desired promotional item. For more complex custom-made items such as promotional textiles, you will receive various design suggestions.
If the templates are not ready for printing when the order is placed, we will rework them free of charge and at little expense. For the complete digitization of your template, we charge from 80 EUR/60 minutes, depending on the effort involved. Our graphic designer will contact you and clarify the time required in advance.
